Hero's Membership Program

This is a membership dedicated to all of our Men and Women who are on the frontlines serving our greater community!

We want to do our part by keeping your furry family safe and serving them as you are working around the clock.

This service is for all those who work shift schedules in the fields/positions mentioned below:

Eligible positions/industry (not limited to this list):

- Police

- Fire

- Paramedics

- Dispatcher

- Hospital Professional (Doctor, registered nurse)

- PSW in a retirement home

*if you work shift work within these industries, and your position was not mentioned in list, you may still be eligible.

Requirements for sign up:

• Must have valid government identification.

• Must show two proofs of employment (employee id, employment letter, pay stub)

• Must have valid credit card put on file

HOW IT WORKS

• Online booking portal where you book in the days/nights you need care on your mobile device (must be a week in advance)

• Exclusive Pick up and Drop Off times: 6:00 am to 8:00 pm (no pick up or drop off between 11:00 am to 2:00 pm

​

• You provide their food, bring their collar & leash, and any comfort items for their stay.

​

• Monthly Subscription**: You enjoy the freedom of dropping off and picking up your dog an unlimited amount at no extra charge every month depending on your schedule

This plan includes unlimited overnight stays while you are working night shifts.
